Payment: All subscription fees are payable upfront and include applicable taxes.
Non-Transferable: Membership is strictly non-transferable.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly/periodic subscriptions may automatically renew, as clearly stated during the signup process.
General Rule: Given the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not permitted once the service is activated, except under the following specific circumstances:
Error on Company's Part: A full refund will be processed only if there was a technical error on our side in activating the service or processing the payment incorrectly.
Non-Usage: A full refund may be considered only if the member has not utilized the subscription at all within the first 7 days of purchase (i.e., no profile viewing, messaging, or contact detail viewing). No refunds will be granted after this 7-day period.
No refunds will be permitted under the following circumstances:
Personal Dissatisfaction: Refunds will not be issued if you do not find suitable matches, or if other members do not contact you.
Partial Service Use: If you have utilized any part of the service, even once.
Violation of Terms: If your account is permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., fake profile, abusive behavior, or misrepresentation of age), no refund will be issued.
Price Difference: Refunds will not be granted for the difference in price if you paid in full and later wish to avail of a discounted offer or promotion.
Failure to Cancel: If you fail to cancel the auto-renewal prior to the scheduled re-bill date.
To Stop Future Billing: To avoid being billed again, you must cancel your membership at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date. Failure to do so will not result in a refund for the billed amount.
Cancellation vs. Refund: Canceling your membership does not entitle you to a partial or full refund for the unused subscription period.
Processing Time: If a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed and completed within 14 business days of the initial refund request.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will strictly be returned only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Chargeback Alert: Initiating a chargeback without a valid reason will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of the member's account.
