Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

• Age: The member must have completed the minimum legal marriageable age (currently 21 for men and 18 for women in India, or as per applicable law). Any person under the age of 18 found using the service will be permanently banned with no refund.
• Purpose: You agree to use this service solely with the genuine intention of finding a spouse.

2. Member Conduct and Content

• Veracity: You guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of all information provided by you (name, age, location, marital status, photos). Providing false information may lead to permanent account termination.
• Private Information: You shall not share the private and confidential information of any member on this site without their explicit permission.
• Prohibited Conduct:
  • Using abusive, vulgar, obscene, or offensive language towards any member or staff.
  • Uploading illegal or harmful material (viruses, spam).
  • Using the site to solicit money or engage in financial transactions with other members.
  • Attempting to circumvent the site's communication system by posting your personal contact details (phone number, email, address) in your profile or conversations.

3. Membership, Fees, and Payment

• Payment: All fees are payable upfront at the start of the membership period.
• Auto-Renewal: Where applicable, you explicitly agree that your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it before the next billing date.
• Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our separate [Refund Policy] (Link should be provided here).
• Proof of Service Delivery : The member explicitly agrees that the service activation and usage logs maintained by the Company (including, but not limited to, login timestamps, profile view counts, and message exchange records) shall be considered valid and conclusive proof of service delivery for all payment disputes and claims raised with the Payment Gateway or any relevant legal/government body.
• Fraud/Disputes (Crucial for Payment Gateway): If you dispute any transaction (i.e., initiate a Chargeback) and it is found that the claim was not fraudulent or violated our Refund Policy, your account will be terminated immediately.

4. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to terminate your account without any prior notice and without a refund if:

• You violate these T&Cs.
• You are found to be harassing or misbehaving with other members on the site.
• We believe you are using the site for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantee of Matches: We do not guarantee the accuracy or success of matches. There is no guarantee that using the site will result in you finding a spouse.
• Veracity of Other Members: While we screen profiles, we do not guarantee the absolute truthfulness of the information provided by other members.
• Legal Proceedings: You agree not to hold us responsible for any dispute you may have with any other member met on the site.

7. Data Privacy and Security

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the member acknowledges and consents to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, process, and secure your personal and financial data. The member understands that financial transaction data is processed by our Payment Gateway partner in a secure, encrypted environment.
